These manifolds consist of two valve configurations which allows for easy isolation, calibration, block and bleed for gauges, pressure switches and static pressure transmitting instruments. These manifolds are rugged in construction to withstand high pressures and temperatures.

Features:

• Designed for connecting impulse lines & transmitters.
• Combine the function of a Tee, Calibration Valve, Isolation Valve, all tubing & fittings in a single valve configuration.
• Withstand high pressures and temperatures.
• A convenient method of blocking, bleeding, and calibrating pressure transmitters.
• Rated for pressures as high as 6000 PSI at 200 deg F or 4000 PSI at 500 deg F with PTFE packing.
• Combine the functions of a tee, calibration valve, isolation valve and all tubing and fittings into a single compact unit.
• Reduces the number of fittings and space required for installation.
• Valves for 10000 PSI working pressure are also available.
• All Components are ultrasonically cleaned prior to assembly.
• For a Higher temperature Grafoil Packing is used.
• Standard Process connections: – 1/2″ Female NPT
• Available in Pipe to Pipe, Pipe to Flange, Flange to Flange, Direct mount, Integral mount and Base Vent mounting options.
