Pioneer Industries’ Brass PU Fittings are engineered for a working pressure range extending from rough vacuum (-0.95 bar / -750 mmHg) up to 16 bar (approx. 230 PSI), with burst test pressures exceeding 40 to 60 bar to deliver a reliable 3:1 to 4:1 safety factor under ASME B31.3 pneumatic piping principles. The standard operating temperature range with nitrile (NBR) seals is -20°C to +80°C (-4°F to 176°F). For elevated temperature environments, optional Viton (FKM) seals allow continuous operation up to +150°C (+302°F) when paired with high-temperature nylon or fluoropolymer tubing.
