01 — Overview

The Brass Push to Lock Stud Tee (swivel male branch tee) manufactured by Pioneer Industries is a versatile 3-way pneumatic fitting designed to provide an inline tube-to-tube run while connecting perpendicular to a female threaded port. Its 360-degree swiveling male stud allows the inline tubing run to be positioned at any angle around the threaded port after tightening.

Precision-machined and hot-forged from extruded brass IS 319 / CW614N and coated with electroless nickel, the stud tee combines two push-to-lock sockets on the run with a perpendicular male pipe thread on the branch (BSPT tapered per ISO 7/1, NPT per ASME B1.20.1, or BSPP parallel with captive O-ring). Each push-in socket features a 304 stainless steel collet and Nitrile O-ring, delivering bubble-tight sealing from -750 mmHg vacuum up to 16 Bar pressure.

02 — Product Detail

Brass Push to Lock Stud Tee Supplier

Engineered for dense pneumatic panels, the Pioneer Brass Push to Lock Stud Tee provides unmatched mechanical strength and vibration resistance. Unlike lightweight plastic branch tees that warp or crack under thread torque, our forged brass body withstands heavy wrench forces and dynamic air pulsation without deformation.

Connecting tubing requires zero tools: simply push the cut tube firmly into the socket past the internal O-ring stop. Disconnecting is accomplished in seconds by depressing the circular release collar, smoothly releasing the stainless steel collet teeth without scratching or damaging the tubing outer diameter.

Features & Technical Specifications:

  • 360-Degree Swivel Branch Orientation: Allows the inline tube run to be oriented at any radial angle relative to the threaded equipment port.
  • Inline Tube Run with Male Stud: Feeds an inline pneumatic tube line while branching directly out of a female threaded port.
  • Solid Forged Brass Construction: Resists mechanical stress, thread overtightening, and intense industrial machinery vibration.
  • Dual One-Touch Push-In Sockets: Independent 304 stainless steel collets and Nitrile O-rings ensure leak-free retention on both ends.
  • High Pressure & Full Vacuum Capability: Operates smoothly from -750 mmHg industrial vacuum up to 16 Bar (230 PSI) positive pneumatic pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions – Brass Push to Lock Stud Tee

Expert engineering insights and technical guidance regarding flow dynamics, pressure thresholds, tubing compatibility, and installation protocols for Brass Push to Lock Stud Tee.

A Brass Push to Lock Stud Tee features two collinear push-to-lock tube sockets for an inline tube run and a perpendicular male threaded branch stud that can swivel 360 degrees. It threads into a female port while allowing the inline tube run to be oriented in any direction.

Standard threads include tapered BSPT (ISO 7/1), tapered NPT (ANSI/ASME B1.20.1), and parallel BSPP/G (ISO 228) with integrated sealing O-rings.

The fitting is certified for positive working pressures up to 16 Bar (230 PSI / 1.6 MPa) and industrial vacuum down to -750 mmHg (-29.5 inHg).

Fully compatible with metric Nylon (PA6, PA11, PA12), Polyurethane (PU 95A/98A), Polyethylene, and Fluoropolymer (PTFE/FEP) lines.

Standard codes include Branch Codes P1304 to P4312 and corresponding Run Codes P1204 to P4212 for metric tube sizes 4mm to 12mm.

The perpendicular branch experiences bending stress from incoming tubing runs. Forged brass prevents thread fatigue, body cracking, and catastrophic air loss under machine vibration.

For tapered BSPT/NPT threads, apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape. Parallel BSPP male studs feature an integrated elastomeric O-ring that seals against the female port face.

Yes. Either tubing line can be inserted or released independently without loosening or rotating the male threaded branch.

Standard Nitrile (NBR) seals support -20°C to +80°C (-4°F to +176°F). Optional Viton (FKM) seals support up to +150°C.

Every consignment is backed by ISO 9001:2015 certification, 100% pneumatic bubble leak testing, RoHS compliance documents, and authentic EN 10204 Type 3.1 Mill Test Certificates.
