At Pioneer Industries, we offer these Industrial Brass Compression Fitting Male Connector with utmost functionality for your required applications. We are manufacturer, supplier of Brass Compression Fitting Male Connector and India’s leading Brass Compression Fittings Exporters in Mumbai.
Compression fittings function by the compression of an ‘olive’ between two tapered surfaces and the pipe itself. The two surfaces are the body of the fitting (beveled seat) and the compression nut. As the nut is tightened, the olive is compressed onto the pipe, creating an airtight, watertight, zero-leak seal.
We are India’s one of the leading Brass Compression Fitting Male Connector manufacturers and exporters to more than 85 countries for exporting and manufacturing on a large scale. Expert engineering insights and technical guidance regarding design specifications, pressure tolerances, olive swaging mechanics, tubing compatibility, and installation best practices for industrial Brass Compression Fitting Male Connector.
A Brass Compression Male Connector is a straight adapter with a compression tube port on one side and an externally threaded male pipe connection (NPT, BSPT, or BSPP) on the other. It is installed to connect metal or polymer tubing directly into the female-threaded ports of valves, pneumatic cylinders, pumps, and manifolds.
They are rated for working pressures up to 400 PSI (28 bar) for 1/8″ and 3/16″ tube sizes, 300 PSI (21 bar) for 1/4″ and 5/16″, 250 PSI for 3/8″, and 200 PSI for 1/2″ tubing, backed by an engineered 4:1 safety factor per ASME B31.3.
Standard options include NPT taper threads per ANSI/ASME B1.20.1, BSPT (R) taper threads per ISO 7-1, and BSPP (G) parallel threads per ISO 228-1 with a machined sealing shoulder.
Seamless copper, brass, and aluminum tubing are compatible directly. For polymer tubing (nylon, polyurethane, polyethylene), an internal brass tube support insert must be used to prevent wall collapse.
For taper threads (NPT/BSPT), apply 2 to 3 wraps of quality PTFE tape or an anaerobic sealant (such as Loctite 577) to the male threads. For parallel threads (BSPP), use a bonded seal washer (Dowty seal) or copper crush washer against the machined shoulder.
Deburr the square-cut tube, slide the nut and olive onto the tube, push the tube into the fitting until bottomed on the internal stop shoulder, finger-tighten the nut, and torque exactly 1-1/4 turns past finger tight using an open-end wrench while backing up the body hex.
They are precision CNC machined from high-tensile extruded brass bar stock conforming to IS 319 Gr. 1, CW614N / CZ121, and ASTM B16 C36000, ensuring high tensile strength (≥400 MPa) and non-porous pressure containment.
Yes. Pioneer manufactures lead-free male connectors from EcoBrass® C27450 / CW724R (<0.1% lead), certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and EU RoHS 3 standards.
Options include natural bright brass, electrolytic bright nickel plating (5–8 µm) for cosmetic luster, and electroless nickel plating (ENP, 10–25 µm) for harsh chemical and marine washdown environments.
Every batch is verified with thread pitch plug/ring gauges, tested for pressure integrity at 100 PSI bubble leak immersion, and supplied with authentic EN 10204 Type 3.1 Mill Test Certificates.
