At Pioneer Industries, we offer these Industrial Brass Compression Fitting Run Tee with utmost functionality for your required applications. We are manufacturer, supplier of Brass Compression Fitting Run Tee and India’s leading Brass Compression Fittings Exporters in Mumbai.
Compression fittings function by the compression of an ‘olive’ between two tapered surfaces and the pipe itself. The two surfaces are the body of the fitting (beveled seat) and the compression nut. As the nut is tightened, the olive is compressed onto the pipe, creating an airtight, watertight, zero-leak seal.
We are India’s one of the leading Brass Compression Fitting Run Tee manufacturers and exporters to more than 85 countries for exporting and manufacturing on a large scale. Pioneer Industries’ Brass Compression Fitting Run Tee are widely used in numerous industries like:
Expert engineering insights and technical guidance regarding design specifications, pressure tolerances, olive swaging mechanics, tubing compatibility, and installation best practices for industrial Brass Compression Fitting Run Tee.
A Brass Compression Fitting Run Tee (often called a Male Run Tee) is a three-way pipe-to-tube connector where one end of the straight run has an external male pipe thread (NPT or BSP), while the opposite run end and the 90-degree side branch are compression tube ports. It allows direct mounting into a female-threaded manifold, valve, or cylinder port while continuing a tubing run in line and taking off another tube line at 90 degrees.
In a Male Run Tee, the male pipe thread is positioned coaxially on the straight run of the tee. In a Male Branch Tee, the male pipe thread is on the 90-degree side branch, while both straight run ends are compression tube connections.
They are rated for working pressures up to 400 PSI (28 bar) for 1/8″ tube, 300 PSI (21 bar) for 1/4″, 250 PSI for 3/8″, and 200 PSI for 1/2″ tube, backed by an engineered 4:1 safety factor per ASME B31.3.
Pioneer tee bodies are hot-forged from BS 218 / CW617N brass. Hot forging aligns the grain boundaries with the T-junction passages, providing over 80% higher tensile strength than cast brass and eliminating porosity and casting voids.
Standard options include NPT male threads per ANSI/ASME B1.20.1, BSPT (R) male taper threads per ISO 7-1, and BSPP (G) parallel threads per ISO 228-1.
Seamless copper, brass, and aluminum tubing are compatible directly. For polymer tubing (nylon, polyurethane, polyethylene), an internal brass tube support insert must be used to prevent wall collapse.
Seal the male run pipe thread with PTFE tape or anaerobic sealant (Loctite 577). On the compression ports: slide the nut and olive onto the tube, bottom out against the internal shoulder, finger-tighten the nut, and tighten 1-1/4 turns past finger tight with an open-end wrench while holding the body hex flats.
Yes. The compression nuts can be disconnected for servicing and retightened without replacing the pre-swaged tube and olive. Tighten finger-tight plus 1/4 to 1/3 turn with a wrench during remakes.
Options include natural bright brass, electrolytic bright nickel plating (5–8 µm) for cosmetic brilliance, and electroless nickel plating (ENP, 10–25 µm) for severe chemical and marine environments.
Every batch is verified with thread pitch gauges, tested for pressure integrity at 100 PSI bubble leak immersion, and supplied with authentic EN 10204 Type 3.1 Mill Test Certificates.
