Designed for branching female-threaded pressure gauges, transmitters, or valves directly off an inline tube run, Pioneer Industries Brass Double Ferrule Female Branch Tees (PFBT) deliver leak-tight swaging and high vibration resistance up to 5,000 PSI.
The Brass Double Ferrule Female Branch Tee (PFBT) features two inline twin-ferrule tube ports on the run and a female NPT or BSPP threaded port on the 90-degree branch. This configuration allows a continuous straight tubing run to branch directly into a male-threaded pressure gauge, safety relief valve, or sensor probe.
By providing a female threaded port directly on the branch, this tee eliminates extra nipples and fittings, saving valuable panel space and reducing potential leak paths across critical process instrumentation lines.
Manufactured by Pioneer Industries Mumbai, these female branch tees are widely exported across the Middle East, Europe, and Southeast Asia for process automation and skid packages.
Components are precision CNC-machined from premium extruded brass (IS 319 / ASTM B16 / CW614N) with micro-smooth surface finishes. Every production lot undergoes rigorous metallurgical spectrometry, optical CMM dimensional checks, and helium leak detection, accompanied by authentic EN 10204 Type 3.1 Mill Test Certificates.

Forged from high-density brass (ASTM B283 CW617N) or machined from extruded bar stock (ASTM B16), each branch tee features precision taper pipe threads and honed ferrule cones.
The forged T-body provides substantial wall thickness around the branch port, withstanding high wrenching torques without body distortion.
Metric tubing run sizes 6 mm to 25 mm OD (MPFBT Series) and fractional sizes 1/8" to 1" OD (IPFBT Series) with branch female NPT/BSP threads from 1/8" to 1".
Explore comprehensive engineering dimensional configurations for Metric Series and Fractional Series, Operating Parameters, and Certified Metallurgy. Manufactured according to ASME B31.3, ISO 19879, and international instrumentation standards.

Expert engineering insights and technical guidance regarding swaging mechanics, pressure thresholds, tubing compatibility, and installation protocols for Brass Double Ferrule Female Branch Tee PFBT.
A Brass Double Ferrule Female Branch Tee (PFBT) is a three-port T-fitting with two aligned compression tube ports on the straight run and a female pipe threaded port (NPT or BSPP) on the 90-degree branch.
It is specified whenever a threaded male instrument—such as a pressure gauge, transducer, or safety relief valve—must be installed directly onto an inline tubing run without requiring separate adapters or nipples.
Metric Series MPFBT covers 6mm to 25mm tube run with 1/8″ to 1″ female branch threads. Fractional Series IPFBT covers 1/8″ to 1″ tube run with 1/8″ to 1″ female branch threads.
Rated up to 5,000 PSI (345 Bar) for sizes 1/8″ to 1/4″ and up to 3,000 PSI for larger female branch threads, meeting ASME B31.3 standards.
Manufactured from hot-forged brass conforming to ASTM B283 CW617N or extruded bar stock ASTM B16 Alloy C36000.
Install the branch instrument first using approved PTFE thread sealant. Then insert the run tubes into the ferrule ports, finger-tighten, and wrench-tighten 1-1/4 turns while holding the tee body with a backup wrench.
Yes. Both run tube connections can be loosened, inspected, or disconnected completely independently of the branch port.
No. Pioneer forged bodies feature reinforced hex and rectangular sections that absorb pipe wrenching torque without affecting internal ferrule tapers.
Yes, certified helium leak tight (< 1 × 10⁻⁹ mbar·l/s) for vacuum and high-purity gas lines.
