Designed for connecting a continuous tubing line to a female-threaded valve, manifold, or port on the 90-degree branch, Pioneer Industries Brass Double Ferrule Male Branch Tees deliver leak-tight swaging up to 5,000 PSI.
The Brass Double Ferrule Male Branch Tee features two inline twin-ferrule compression tube ports on the run and a male NPT, BSPT, or BSPP threaded stud on the 90-degree branch. This configuration allows a continuous straight tube line to tap directly into a female-threaded port without extra nipple adapters.
Pioneer Male Branch Tees are hot-forged from high-density brass, providing compact dimensions and high burst resistance, while double-ferrule mechanical swaging ensures zero leakage under severe pipeline pulsation.
Manufactured by Pioneer Industries Mumbai, these male branch tees are widely exported for process automation, skid packages, and marine consoles.
Components are precision CNC-machined from premium extruded brass (IS 319 / ASTM B16 / CW614N) with micro-smooth surface finishes. Every production lot undergoes rigorous metallurgical spectrometry, optical CMM dimensional checks, and helium leak detection, accompanied by authentic EN 10204 Type 3.1 Mill Test Certificates.

Expert engineering insights and technical guidance regarding swaging mechanics, pressure thresholds, tubing compatibility, and installation protocols for Brass Double Ferrule Male Branch Tee.
A Brass Double Ferrule Male Branch Tee is a three-way T-fitting with two twin-ferrule compression tube ports on the straight run and a male pipe threaded port (NPT, BSPP, or BSPT) on the 90-degree branch.
It is specified whenever an inline tubing run must branch into a female-threaded component (such as a manifold, regulator, or valve body) without using extra nipples.
Metric Series MPMBT covers 3mm to 25mm tube run with 1/8″ to 1″ male branch threads. Fractional Series IPMBT covers 1/8″ to 1″ tube run with 1/8″ to 1″ male branch threads.
Rated up to 5,000 PSI (345 Bar) for sizes 1/8″ to 1/4″ and up to 3,000 PSI for larger male branch threads, meeting ASME B31.3 standards.
Manufactured from hot-forged brass conforming to ASTM B283 CW617N or extruded bar stock ASTM B16 Alloy C36000.
Thread the male branch port into the female component using approved PTFE thread sealant. Then insert the run tubes into the ferrule ports, finger-tighten, and wrench-tighten 1-1/4 turns.
Yes. Both run tube connections can be loosened, inspected, or disconnected completely independently of the branch port.
Yes, certified helium leak tight (< 1 × 10⁻⁹ mbar·l/s) for vacuum and high-purity gas lines.
-200°C to +200°C (-328°F to +392°F) continuous operating envelope.
