Designed for inline transition from process tubing into male pipe threads while providing a 90-degree tubing branch, Pioneer Industries Brass Double Ferrule Female Run Tees deliver leak-tight swaging and vibration resistance up to 5,000 PSI.
The Brass Double Ferrule Female Run Tee features one twin-ferrule compression tube port and one female pipe threaded port on the straight run, plus a second twin-ferrule compression tube port on the 90-degree branch. This specialized configuration is ideal for terminating a tubing line into a male-threaded instrument while continuing a branch tubing circuit.
Pioneer Female Run Tees are hot-forged from high-density brass, providing compact dimensions and reinforced thread walls to resist pipe strain, while double-ferrule mechanical swaging ensures zero leakage under severe pipeline pulsation.
Manufactured by Pioneer Industries Mumbai, these female run tees are exported globally to automation system builders, power plants, and chemical refineries.
Components are precision CNC-machined from premium extruded brass (IS 319 / ASTM B16 / CW614N) with micro-smooth surface finishes. Every production lot undergoes rigorous metallurgical spectrometry, optical CMM dimensional checks, and helium leak detection, accompanied by authentic EN 10204 Type 3.1 Mill Test Certificates.

Expert engineering insights and technical guidance regarding swaging mechanics, pressure thresholds, tubing compatibility, and installation protocols for Brass Double Ferrule Female Run Tee.
A Brass Double Ferrule Female Run Tee is a T-shaped fitting with one compression tube port and one female pipe thread (NPT or BSPP) on the straight run, and a second compression tube port on the 90-degree branch.
In a Female Run Tee, the female threaded port is located on the straight run, with a tube port on the branch. In a Female Branch Tee (PFBT), the two tube ports are on the straight run, and the female thread is on the 90-degree branch.
Metric Series MPFRT covers 6mm to 25mm tube OD, and Fractional Series IPFRT covers 1/8″ to 1″ tube OD with female threads from 1/8″ to 1″.
Working pressures range up to 5,000 PSI (345 Bar) for sizes 1/8″ to 1/4″ and up to 3,200 PSI for 1/2″ size under ASME B31.3 specifications.
Hot-forged brass conforming to ASTM B283 CW617N / C37700 or extruded brass bar stock ASTM B16 Alloy C36000.
Thread the female run port onto the male pipe connection using PTFE tape. Then insert both tubes into their respective ferrule sockets, finger-tighten, and tighten 1-1/4 turns with a wrench.
Yes. Both the run tube and branch tube connections operate independently without disturbing each other or the threaded pipe joint.
Yes, certified helium leak tight (< 1 × 10⁻⁹ mbar·l/s) for vacuum and high-purity gas service.
-200°C to +200°C (-328°F to +392°F) continuous operating range.
